I’m here to let you know that you are not alone… I, too, have dealt with that inner dialogue that critiques everything I do. I’ve been the person who put literally everybody and everything in front of myself so I could avoid my own problems. I have felt SO INCREDIBLY STUCK before with no end in sight…
But now I see that all the experiences I have had did not break me but made me the person I am today - empowered, wild, and free - and I am here to help you move forward in seeing that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
It has become my purpose in life to help you in the same way I once needed help.
My experience in the wellness field makes me the unique coach that I am today, as my expertise in yoga and bodywork is implemented into my heart-led approach to spiritual coaching.
